Terms of Service

Effective Date: April 25, 2025

I. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Subhub's platform, services, or tools, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use Subhub.

II. Definitions

  • "Subhub" refers to the Web3-native content distribution and subscription platform accessible via subhub.ai.

  • "User" refers to any individual or entity accessing or using Subhub’s services.

  • "Services" includes all features provided by Subhub, including project creation, messaging, subscription management, RSS integrations, analytics, and upcoming token-based functionality.

III. User Obligations

  • Accurate Information: Users must provide true and complete information when registering a project or account.

  • Account Security: Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their login credentials and connected wallet addresses.

  • Acceptable Use: Users must not:

    • Use the platform for unlawful, misleading, or abusive purposes.

    • Spam, exploit, or interfere with the performance of Subhub or its users.

    • Attempt to reverse engineer, access unauthorized areas, or exploit the system.

IV. Service Provision & Modifications

Subhub may update, modify, or discontinue any aspect of the service without prior notice. This includes changes to available features, eligibility requirements, and token integration.

Subhub reserves the right to suspend or terminate access to any user found to be in violation of these terms.

V. Token Utility & Future Access

Subhub may introduce a native token in the future. Participation in certain features (e.g. advanced messaging, analytics, monetization) may require token holding or staking. Subhub makes no guarantee of financial return or token value, and usage is subject to regulatory compliance in your jurisdiction.

VI. Limitation of Liability

Subhub is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Subhub shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, punitive, or consequential damages arising from or related to use of the platform.

This includes but is not limited to losses from service interruption, data loss, token value fluctuations, or third-party integrations.

VII. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of Singapore. Any disputes shall be exclusively resolved in the courts of Singapore unless otherwise required by local law.

VIII. Amendments

Subhub reserves the right to amend these Terms of Service at any time. Substantial changes will be communicated through the platform or via email. Continued use of the services after changes constitutes acceptance.
